End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you, the buyer (referred to as "you" or "your"), and the Olympus Management Team (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). The terms "Olympus" and "product" refer to the Olympus Discord Bot.

1. License to Use 1.1) You acknowledge that by purchasing Olympus, you are acquiring a license to use the bot on your Discord server, not ownership of the code.

2. Restrictions on Source Code Use 2.1) You understand that you are not permitted to use any part of Olympus's source code in your own projects without authorization. 2.2) You agree that Olympus's source code cannot be utilized in a public bot, such as Dyno. 2.3) You recognize that even if credit is given, these restrictions still apply.

3. Ownership and Credit 3.1) You acknowledge that you may not claim Olympus as your own creation.

4. Redistribution and Reselling 4.1) You understand that reselling or redistributing Olympus is strictly prohibited. For more information, please refer to our Redistribution Policy.

5. License Access 5.1) You agree that you are the sole individual with access to Olympus.

6. Revocation of License 6.1) You accept that your license may be revoked at any time, for any reason, with or without a refund.

7. License Integrity 7.1) You acknowledge that removing or bypassing Olympus's key/license system is not permitted.

8. License Non-Transferability 8.1) You understand that your license cannot be transferred from one account to another.
